We accidentally built one of the fastest growing marketing agencies ever. New Engen got its start scaling search keywords into the millions to optimize paid ad campaigns, and then started going after social media – that’s where I came in. I joined the effort in 2017 to build the brand, the pitch, and the creative team to experiment with client’s marketing in the pursuit of building AI and reporting tools to change digital marketing as we know it.

While our engineers tackled the insurmountable task of trying to keep up with the fractured digital ad market, our clients found rampant success through our experimentation-driven methodologies and integrated media & creative services. As the VP of Creative, I built and grew a uniquely collaborative and performance-oriented creative group, informed product innovations that differentiated our services in the market by improving client outcomes, and lead the creation of a testing playbook that scaled creative & media performance as the agency grew.

In 2021, New Engen was named one of AdWeek’s 75 Fastest Growing Agencies, an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company, and was named a Builtin Best Places to Work in Seattle for a 3rd straight year.
